A rough sleeper is defined as:
'an individual who literally has nothing,
and no where to go when it late at night'
Some individuals have built their own ‘home’ using sheets or pieces of cardboards, allocated in deserted alleyways, car parks or in and around abandoned or preoccupied buildings. Some individuals literally sleep on the street with or without a sleep bag. They face challenging risks of being assaulted and robbed of their belongings, particularly their sleeping bag. They have no income and are totally dependent on begging and donations to survive.
